I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with five years of experience providing mental health services to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I draw on my clinical experience to support clients experiencing anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, stress, depression, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based interventions, grounding techniques, psychoeducation, emotional regulation, and coping-skills development. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals to support clients in better understanding and managing anxiety and stress, processing difficult experiences, strengthening self-esteem, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthy and effective coping strategies. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
